Kamran Tessori Took Governor House Office Keys with Him, Owais Qadir Announces Legal Action

Karachi: Acting Governor of Sindh, Owais Qadir Shah, has announced that he will take legal action against Kamran Tessori for taking the keys of the Governor House offices with him.

Speaking to Geo News, Owais Qadir Shah said that an important meeting regarding law and order during Muharram was scheduled at the Governor House today. However, the staff informed him that Kamran Tessori had taken the office keys of the Governor House along with him.

The acting governor stated that this is a constitutional office, not someone’s personal drawing room, and Kamran Tessori’s actions are inappropriate.

Owais Qadir Shah added that police officers have already arrived at the Governor House and the Interior Minister is also coming from Islamabad. He warned that if the meeting could not be held today, he would go to court against Kamran Tessori.

He further revealed that Kamran Tessori had previously taken the office keys abroad with him on several occasions. “If individuals holding constitutional positions start acting this way, what message are we sending to others? Such thinking is regrettable,” he remarked.
