Governments in more than a dozen countries have condemned Israel after members of the Israeli armed forces opened fired in the direction of a diplomatic delegation visiting the Jenin refugee camp in the occupied West Bank, reported Al Jazeera.
Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney said the Israeli ambassador had been summoned and he expected an immediate explanation and full investigation of the shooting on Wednesday, which he described “totally unacceptable”.
