PM Shehbaz Orders Special Flights for Zaireen, Greenlights Gwadar Safe City

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi met with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday to discuss several pressing matters, including a new policy for Zaireen (pilgrims). During the meeting, the PM directed the Aviation Ministry to organize special flights to accommodate the travel needs of pilgrims, ensuring smoother and more efficient religious journeys.

The discussion also revolved around the law and order situation in Balochistan. Recognizing the strategic importance of Gwadar, PM Shehbaz instructed the Interior Ministry to begin work on the Gwadar Safe City project. This initiative is expected to bolster security through advanced surveillance and policing systems in the port city.

The new policy for Zaireen aims to improve facilities and logistical support for pilgrims traveling to holy sites. The PM emphasized the need for coordinated efforts between the Interior and Aviation Ministries to ensure hassle-free travel arrangements.

The Interior Ministry will now work on implementing the Gwadar Safe City project while coordinating with relevant authorities to roll out special flights for pilgrims. These measures reflect the government’s commitment to enhancing public welfare and national security. More details will be shared as these projects progress.
