Tandoadam (Ahsan Kaloi) – Under the leadership of SSP Sanghar Abid Ali Baloch, operations against criminal elements are continuing. As part of these efforts, SHO Tando Adam Imran Akhtar Chandio was on routine patrol on Hyderabad Road when, near Dargah Anwar Shah, he spotted two armed suspects and challenged them.
The suspects opened indiscriminate fire on the police party, but in the retaliatory action one suspect was arrested in injured condition while the other managed to escape.The arrested suspect was identified as Muhammad Nasir, son of Faqeer Muhammad Baloch, from whose possession a 30-bore TT pistol was recovered.
According to police, the suspect had previously been involved in several cases, including drug trafficking and armed encounters with law enforcement.
