Free Eye Camp Organized in Razaqabad: 150 Patients Examined, 25 Scheduled for Free Cataract Surgeries on Thursday

Malir (Reporter) A free eye camp was organized today in Razaqabad by the Razaqabad Welfare Association in collaboration with Ashraf Mumtaz Welfare. A large number of local residents participated in the camp, which aimed at providing basic healthcare facilities to the underprivileged.

Specialist ophthalmologists examined around 150 patients during the camp and also provided free medicines. Among them, 25 patients were diagnosed with cataract, who have been scheduled for free surgeries. According to the organizers, these surgeries will be conducted on Thursday, and all expenses including free lenses, medicines, surgical costs, and meals will be fully covered.

Present on the occasion were Abdul Ghani Gabol Haji Gabol Khalil Ahmed Gabol Wali Muhammad Gabol Muhammad Amin Gabol, as well as representatives of Ashraf Mumtaz Welfare including Mr. Shoukat, along with specialist doctors.Speaking on the occasion, the organizers said that the purpose of the free eye camp was to provide healthcare to the poor and deserving people of the area, as inflation and unemployment have made it difficult for many to afford treatment.Local residents appreciated the initiative of Razaqabad Welfare Association and Ashraf Mumtaz Welfare, calling it a commendable step that brings much-neehealthcare facilities to the community
