Malir ( Reporter) Qaumi Awami Tehreek (QAT) Malir district held a meeting in Razzaqabad under the chairmanship of district president Jinsar Hesbani. Central Vice President Farhan Lark, Central Coordination Secretary Kashif Khaskheli, Division President Ashfaq Channar, General Secretary Manan Shaikh, and Senior Vice President Fayaz Aitro also attended.
The meeting reviewed the national, Sindh-wide, and district-level political and organizational situation in detail. Leaders said that in Malir, ancient villages have been deprived of their proprietary rights by canceling land leases, while shortages of water, electricity, and gas are severely affecting the lives of villagers and urban residents alike. They also expressed grave concern over deteriorating law and order, noting that within one week two police officers had been killed and one citizen abducted from Ghaghar.
The meeting decided to launch an awareness campaign across Malir under the slogan “Give leases to villages, provide basic facilities, and improve law and order”, during which handbills will be distributed. It was further announced that Sindhyani Tehreek Malir district will soon organize a protest rally against corporate farming, canal-related issues, and lawlessness.
The leadership also finalized a unit meeting schedule
