Mehar( Report bu Mujeeb Rahman Qambrani) The Youth Action Committee staged a 3-kilometer-long protest march and demonstration in front of the National Press Club Mehar against the growing lawlessness and the recent robbery incident of Rs. hundreds of thousands from fruit trader Babu Khoso four days ago. Led by Sher Khan Khoso, Kashif Khokhar, Babu Khoso, Mukhtiar Sindhi, Aamir Lashari, Ashiq Khoso, Syed Liaqat Shah, and others, the protesters carried placards and marched through the city, condemning the lawlessness and demanding action against the culprits. The protesters stated that despite the lapse of four days, the police have failed to take any action regarding the robbery incident. They claimed that the city is infested with criminals who are openly looting and threatening citizens, shopkeepers, and traders. The protesters demanded that the authorities restore law and order, recover the looted money, and take action against the culprits. Failing which, they threatened to intensify their protest movement by staging a hunger strike camp at Ghanta Ghar Chowk from tomorrow.
