Kakkar (Report by Rashid Naich) On September 12, 1983, 42 years have passed since the 9 martyrs who sacrificed their precious lives for the restoration of democracy in Khairpurnathan Shah during the MRD movement. Tomorrow, the Pakistan Peoples Party Khairpurnathan Shah will remember the martyrs and pay tribute to them. 42 years have passed since the unparalleled sacrifices and martyrdoms of MRD martyrs Shaheed Shahnawaz Khoso, Shaheed Habibullah Laghari, Shaheed Nizamuddin Naich, Shaheed Ghulam Nabi Khoso, Shaheed Zamir Jagirani, Shaheed Allah Warayo Langah, Shaheed Abdul Ghani Abro, Shaheed Deedar Khokar and Shaheed Abdul Aziz Lakir.
To pay tribute to their sacrifices, tomorrow, a memorial service will be held by PPP Taluka KN Shah at the residence of MPA Zubair Ahmed Khan Junejo in Village Ali Bakhsh Junejo. The ceremony will be attended by PPP MPA Khairpur Nathan Shah Zubair Ahmed Khan Junejo, PPP Taluka President Lala Ijaz Hussain Chandio, PPP leaders Sajjad Hussain Junejo, Noor Muhammad Chandio, Mumtaz Ali Jokio, PPP City KN Shah President Mir Murtaza Leghari, Municipal Committee Chairman Dr. Khalil Sikandar Koharo, former Municipal Chairman Rais Mashudul Haq Gadhi, Vice Chairman Dr. Ghulam Muhammad Sheikh, PPP Taluka General Secretary Muhammad Hashim Lander, Taluka Information Secretary Qurban Ali Sial, SPAF District General Secretary Mir Mukhtiar Brohi, UC Kakkar President Ghulam Rasool Babur, Shafi Muhammad Janja and many others will participate in remembering the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the restoration of democracy during the MRD movement against the dictator Zia’s government and will visit their shrines and pay tribute to them.
