Karachi (Sports Reporter) In the ongoing Naveed Mehboob Uzmi Memorial Zone One Interclub T-20 Cricket Tournament organized by the Regional Cricket Association Karachi Zone One, Al-Karam Sports easily defeated Munawar Sports by 7 wickets at the KPI Ground yesterday. Batting first, Munawar Sports scored 128 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs.
Khan Muhammad scored 54 and Roman Ali scored 38 runs. Faizan Ali took two wickets while Baseem Ahmed, Arshad Iqbal, Fasih Khan and Sohail Iqbal took one wicket each. In reply, Al-Karam Sports achieved the required score for the loss of 3 wickets in 13.2 overs.
Arshad Iqbal scored 53 with the help of 6 fours and three sixes, while Hammad Mughal scored 32. Not out and Shahroz Alvi scored 30 runs. Ahmed and Jahangir took one wicket each. The umpiring duties were performed by SM Babar and Shoaib while M Amaf was the official scorer.
