Tragic Road Accident Near Zahir Pir: Five Family Members Killed, One Injured
A heart-wrenching traffic accident occurred near Zahir Pir Rest Area on the motorway when Abdul Khaliq, brother of Ch. Akhtar Ali of Ali Corporation and a resident of Chak No. 170/P Molvi De Goth, Sadiqabad, was returning from Multan with his family.
According to details, the vehicle met with a fatal crash, resulting in the immediate death of five family members on the spot. One woman sustained injuries and was shifted to the nearest hospital for medical treatment.

- Adila Nabi, 27 years, resident of Rahim Yar Khan
- Ghazala Bibi, 45 years
- Dawood, 9 months
- Khalid alias Abdul Khaliq, 50 years
- Arbaz, 28 years
Injured:
– Iqra, 26 years
The incident has plunged the entire region into mourning, and a wave of condolences continues to pour in for the bereaved family. Police reports suggest that the accident occurred due to over-speeding or negligence while driving.
