Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti has announced that Pakistan possesses undeniable proof of India’s interference in the province and will present this evidence at international forums. His statement came following the recent Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) meeting, where Pakistan reportedly achieved a diplomatic victory by blocking India’s attempt to link the Kashmir region’s Pahalgam with Pakistan during discussions.
Bugti accused India of actively undermining peace in Balochistan, stating that Islamabad has repeatedly informed the international community about New Delhi’s alleged involvement. “India is engaged in destabilizing our region, and we have solid evidence to prove it,” he said in a post on social media platform X (formerly Twitter).
The Chief Minister highlighted that Pakistan successfully countered India’s narrative at the SCO, calling it a “diplomatic achievement.” He emphasized that Pakistan’s stance on Kashmir and Balochistan remains firm and that India’s attempts to influence global opinion have been thwarted.
Bugti vowed that Pakistan would expose India’s alleged meddling at every relevant international forum. “We will present this irrefutable evidence wherever the truth is acknowledged,” he declared. The move could escalate tensions between the two nuclear-armed rivals, with Islamabad pushing for greater global scrutiny of India’s actions. Analysts suggest this could lead to heightened diplomatic clashes in the coming months.
