Malir (Correspondent) In a shocking incident within the jurisdiction of Steel Town Police Station late last night, central leader of the Sindh Taraqi Pasand Party (STP), Khair Muhammad Magsi, was looted at gunpoint.According to details, Khair Muhammad Magsi had just returned from Hyderabad and was heading towards his home in Gulshan-e-Hadeed after getting off a bus near Shahbaz Petrol Pump, when two armed men on a motorcycle intercepted him. At gunpoint, the robbers snatched his mobile phone, wallet containing cash, CNIC, and other valuables. The culprits also took away a bag carrying two pairs of clothes.
The incident sparked strong outrage among local residents and political companions, including Ejaz Samtio and Yamin Gabol, who condemned the growing lawlessness in Malir. They expressed concern that deteriorating security has left citizens living in fear and uncertainty.
The leaders demanded that the SHO of Steel Town Police immediately arrest the culprits and recover the stolen belongings. Meanwhile, citizens and political activists have announced a protest rally against rising street crimes in Malir on August 30.
