“Protecting Children is Humanity’s Duty – CM Sindh Murad Ali Shah’s Message on International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression”

On the International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression, Chief Minister of Sindh, Syed Murad Ali Shah, emphasized the collective responsibility to ensure a safe world for children. He stated that it is a moral obligation to shield innocent children from the devastating impacts of war.

CM Shah strongly condemned the brutalities against children in Palestine, calling them crimes against humanity. He urged the international community to take immediate steps to stop the atrocities inflicted upon Palestinian children.

He also called upon the United Nations to end Israeli and Indian aggression against children in Palestine and Kashmir. Stressing the urgency, he said global action is needed to protect children living in conflict zones.

CM Sindh reiterated that the safety of children is a top priority for the Sindh government. Acts such as child abduction, sexual abuse, and attacks on education are unacceptable, and his government remains committed to defending children’s rights.

He highlighted that the Sindh government is focused on improving child welfare through enhanced services in education, healthcare, and protection. The scope of child protection units has now been expanded to all districts of the province, and strict enforcement of laws against child labor is underway.

“Safe childhood, bright future” is the vision of the Sindh government, CM Shah stated, adding that parents, teachers, and society as a whole play a critical role in safeguarding children from exploitation.
