Taylor Swift has surprised her fans with the release of a third limited-edition vinyl collection for her highly anticipated album, ‘The Life of a Showgirl.’ Titled ‘The Tiny Bubbles in Champagne’ edition, the vinyl was announced via a social media countdown clock and became available on Monday, August 25. Following the pattern of its two predecessors, this exclusive collection will be sold for a strictly limited time of 48 hours on the artist’s official website.
The new vinyl offers two distinct aesthetic choices for fans: an ‘under bright lights pearlescent’ disc and a ‘red lipstick & lace transparent’ variant. The announcement was accompanied by a striking new promotional photograph of Swift, who is adorned in an outfit of burnt-orange feathers and a silver, star-shaped bejeweled headpiece, further cementing the album’s showgirl theme.
This reveal is the latest strategic move in the album’s rollout, which began gaining momentum after Swift’s appearance on her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s ‘New Heights’ podcast. The two previous vinyl collections were titled ‘The Shiny Bug’ and ‘Baby, That’s Show Business,’ each following the same limited-time sales model to generate excitement and demand among her dedicated fanbase.
Scheduled for release on October 3rd, ‘The Life of a Showgirl’ will be Swift’s first full-length album since 2024’s ‘The Tortured Poets Department.’ The new record is set to feature 12 tracks, with the title track including a featured vocal from fellow pop artist Sabrina Carpenter.
