A case has been registered against popular YouTuber Rajab Butt, Man Dogar, and three others for allegedly drugging, raping a woman, and blackmailing her with inappropriate videos. The FIR was filed at Nawab Town Police Station following a complaint by social media activist Ayesha Sharafat.
According to the victim’s statement, she became friends with a man named Salman Haider on social media and frequently met him at various restaurants. She alleged that Salman later took her to a house in Bahria Orchard, drugged her, and sexually assaulted her. He also recorded the act and used the video to blackmail her, even sending it to her sister, Palosha. When the victim and her sister confronted Salman, Rajab Butt, Man Dogar, and others present locked them in a room, forcibly reset their phones, and threatened them before letting them go.
The case highlights the dangers of online exploitation and the urgent need for stronger legal action against such crimes.
